CannaRun – Delete Information Request
If you have used the CannaRun mobile application and would like to request deletion of your personal information, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data:
- Send an email to support@cannarun.co.za
- Use the subject line: “CannaRun Data Deletion Request”
- In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your CannaRun account
- Any additional information that will help us locate your data
What Happens Next
Once we receive your request:
- We will verify your identity to protect your privacy.
- All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems, unless we are legally required to retain certain records.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Important Notes
- Deleting your data is irreversible.
- You may need to log out and reinstall the app after deletion if you plan to continue using CannaRun without stored data.
